Full time Office Clerical

Job Title: Office Clerical – Full-Time

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:

  • $16.00 per hour


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerical professional to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. You must have previous office/administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office—with a strong emphasis on Excel—and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate files and maintain organized digital and physical records.

  • Create and print labels as required.

  • Manage documentation and ensure all records are accurately maintained.

  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, especially using Microsoft Excel.

  • Handle general office duties including answering phones, scheduling, and managing correspondence.

  • Support overall office operations by performing miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven office/administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.

  • Experience with data entry and file/document management.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
